Eat Your Art Out

Tuscarawas Arts Partnership (TAP) is proud to present the First Annual Eat Your Art Out on Tuesday, October 1, 2019 to kick off the month-long Artober celebration of the arts in Tuscarawas County.

All the proceeds help TAP promote a visible, sustainable, local arts culture through advocacy, education, and funding. This can be accomplished by encouraging the arts to thrive across Tuscarawas County, and encouraging partnerships between the arts with other art, business and community agencies to create positive impact, economic development and other benefits throughout the county.

Restaurant goers who eat at one of the participating restaurants on October 1, partake in a delicious meal and leave knowing that a portion of their restaurant tab will be donated to supporting the Arts in Tuscarawas County. The restaurants tally their sales receipts at the end of the day and donate a minimum of 10% of those sales to TAP. Guests don’t have to announce they are participating in the event, they just need to come and order a meal. To help increase customers to your location on the day of the event, we have secured media sponsors to advertise the event.

Eat Your Art Out  was inspired by the opportunity to expand our strong partnerships with restaurants in the community to provide a win-win day for Tuscarawas County. Everyone can participate by just eating out. The restaurants win by bringing new customers into their establishments on a slower day of the week. The Community wins by supporting arts initiatives and projects.

The following restaurants will be participating:
