Grant Description: The Tuscarawas Arts Support Grant (TASG) is awarded to projects and programs with a focus on arts, culture, and creativity in Tuscarawas County. The goal of the grant is to provide additional funding support for arts-based projects and programs that would impact local communities within Tuscarawas County. Grant funds are made possible by TAP's generous pARTners for the arts. Examples of arts projects and programs that can be funded are:
hiring directors or actors to assist in theatre workshops for students;
collaborative mural projects between an artist and a local business;
pop-up dance programs in the downtown square;
community arts festivals that are free for public attendance;
creative writing workshops and live readings;
creative workshops with professional artists for students;
