Celebrating the Arts

Second Annual Arts Signing Day - 2019

Monday, April 29, 2019 - It was an evening of celebration at the Kent State Tuscarawas Performing Arts Center for graduating high school seniors in Tuscarawas County’s school districts. Fourteen seniors were publicly honored at the Tuscarawas Arts Partnership Second Annul Art Signing Day as they made the decision to pursue a career in the arts and creative based fields after graduation.

The program for the evening included displays and presentations of the students’ work, and awards presented to the students. The awards were created by Warther’s Woodworking and gifted by Dr. David Hartman. The Arts Signing Day was emceed by David Mitchell from the Kent State Tuscarawas Performing Arts Center, and Rick Arrendondo from the Ezekiel Project and Rove Creative was the guest speaker. Catering was presented by Shy Cellars, and representatives from selected colleges were present for the event. The following seniors were honored at the Second Annual Arts Signing Day:
